We had the idea for What The Frank about 8 years ago doing grilled hotdogs for one of our LAVA MiniFest events. We loved it so much that we brought it back again and again. Then when Covid hit, we turned our kitchen into a hotdog takeout spot. Then as we got Toast and Perro Blanco back in full swing we switched WTF to late night weekends.
